Designed to shred very thick and highly cut-resistant materials. Ideal for reducing the volume of many waste materials, including in-line for continuous operation.
Single-shaft shredders Shark
The blades, reinforced with thermal and chemical carbonitriding, are mounted on the central shaft in special steel and can be used up to 4 times, once per side.
The material enters the cutting chamber pushed by a powerful electronically controlled hydraulic pusher, for a continuous and steady flow. If there is too much material, the shaft automatically reverses its rotation.
The coupling system between gearbox and shaft absorbs accidental shocks and protects the gearbox from costly breakage. The output size depends on the screen, also in reinforced steel.
