Compact metal recovery systems Eco Compact
The heart of every Eco Compact is the granulator, which reduces the material to granules. A pneumatic conveyor carries the particles to the high-frequency vibrating table, where density separation takes place.
The combined action of the vibrating table and a continuous air flow takes separation to the best possible result: copper up to 99.8% purity, with good-quality cables and A/C radiators.
All machines are managed from a touchscreen control panel: every process parameter is easy to adjust. A single operator is enough.

Complete Compact 1200 line
The Shark 800 shredder reduces the material, and the LCB 40.4 conveyor belt in special rubber, with start-and-stop device and magnetic roller to separate iron and steel, feeds the Compact 1200 evenly. A self-cleaning filter cabin with extraction fan collects the dust in a bag: the site stays clean, in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
