Privacy policy
This policy explains how TECNO COSTRUZIONI S.R.L. processes the personal data of visitors to the tecnorecycling.net website and of people who contact us, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

What data we process
- Data you send us through the contact form: full name, company, email, phone, country, product of interest and the text of your message.
- Data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, when you contact us directly.
- Technical browsing data: the servers hosting the website record, for security and operational purposes, data such as IP address, date and time of the request and page visited. We do not use them to identify you.
Why we process them and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes and offers. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Security and proper functioning of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Legal obligations, if the request becomes a contractual relationship. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising without your specific consent and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep them
Contact request data is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises: in that case the statutory retention periods for accounting and tax records apply (10 years). Technical logs are kept for short periods by the hosting provider.
Who we share the data with
Data is processed by authorised Tecno Costruzioni staff and by providers acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting);
- FormSubmit (email forwarding of messages sent through the form);
- Google (Google Workspace, company mailbox).
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), where the provider participates in it, or of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can request at any time access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@tecnocos.net.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Is providing data mandatory?
No, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply to your request.
