A high-capacity, high-torque twin-shaft shredder, ideal for processing a wide variety of materials and preparing them uniformly for the next stages of the cycle.
Twin-shaft shredders Whale
With its large feed hopper, the Whale processes considerable quantities of material with low energy consumption. High-strength blades and powerful motors deliver high torque: it shreds even the toughest materials with some of the lowest consumption in its class and limited noise emissions.
In the event of excessive loads the machine briefly reverses the blades to prevent overloads and breakage. A smart control system adjusts the rotation speed of the shafts.
Our engineers choose the most suitable configuration for the material to be processed: layout and number of rotors, type, thickness and shape of the blades.
