Heavy-duty granulators, built with the best materials in both the structure and the electrical and electronic components. They reduce the material to granules and prepare it for separation.
Granulators Piranha
In the cutting chamber a solid steel shaft with reinforced blades rotates at high speed: it granulates copper cables, circuit boards, tyres, wood, plastics and many other materials, with a continuous and abundant flow.
The screen is easy to change to obtain the required particle size. The blades, treated with thermal and chemical carbonitriding, are strong, replaceable and adjustable.
A hydraulic jack opens the granulator head: maintenance, blade adjustment and chamber inspection become quick and easy. In a line the granulator performs the second pass after the shredder, but it can also work on its own.
