Our technical office sizes the plant to the warehouse or available area, harmonises the material flow between receiving and processing areas, and studies the ideal path to optimise the work cycle.
After analysing the input material, hourly quantity, final particle size and required quality, we propose a 3D layout of the project. Then we listen to the customer's experience, adding their know-how to the plant and to every single machine.
Every plant is managed from a touchscreen control panel that monitors output and daily results. The machines work fully synchronised, saving time and energy.
